Field Service module

Hello all,

I realize that there are only a few Field Service users out there, but I'm
hoping someone has enough experience with it to provide some insights. We
have made a great deal of progress with this module, but we still have
several obstacles before fully implementing it. Most of these are related
to the financial impacts generated by the module through shipments and
invoices. Has anyone else experienced problems with trying to understand
the transaction flow from FS to GL? Feel free to reply directly if you
would rather not post to the list.

Would anyone using the Field Service module care to elaborate on how your
company is using it and how well it works? My company is trying to
implement it now and is finding it to be very challenging.

Obviously, there isn't a lot of interest in this topic. To those companies
that might be interested in Epicor's eLearning class regarding Field
Service, I would like submit a request that they contact Burdell Fossum at
Epicor via email ( bfossum@... <mailto:bfossum@...> ) and
indicate their interest, so that a class might be scheduled.
