Field Service: Service Call Center

I haven't seen but one post on service calls, so was wondering if anyone uses this feature? We are running Vantage 8.03 v407 and I have many different difficulties in being able to use the service call center (and be able to tie it into invoicing) in a fashion that best suits our company. Does any one use this feature? I can go more into what issues I am coming against if anyone uses it. In all my user groups and emails to various people, it appears not many people use Field Service and if they do it is more internal than for actual billing/useage for customers.
