FIFO Costing Question

Hi everyone,
We are using FIFO costing and encounter some weird issues.
Please see attached full history of this part.

We can’t figure out why all of a sudden there was a burden cost assigned to the part when it shipped. When it was received from the PO, there is no burden cost.

Weird issue.
For some reason its taking the cost from the other site.

How was that possible? I thought cost is site specific but it seems like its not.

Check on the site cost ID in Site maintenance. If its same in both sites, then sites are sharing FIFO layers.
