I hope there is an easy solution to this. We are using FIFO costing, and some of our parts have “inactive” FIFO costs… (using the FIFO part cost tracker)
How would we “activate” the FIFO stack? We are getting errors on certain transactions because the system thinks that we do not have FIFO costs… when in reality, they are “inactive”.
We are on FIFO costing, and have been for 1.5 years, and I don’t think I have ever seen this behavior. If we have units in the Part Bin table, that same number of units always shows active in the PartFIFOCost table. I would report it to Support and see what they say. They may be able to send you a data fix.
