Does the Final Operation check box have any impact on job costing, WIP, COS?? I’m getting/finding conflicting information, so I just want to be sure.
From what I can tell, Epicor removed that functionality in Vantage 8.0(ish) and just uses the last operation sequence on the 0 assembly.
It is still there in the latest version. If you don’t have a final operation set in JobAsmbl then the last operation is the final.
The only thing I can think of that would effect wip and costing would be if you have the final and auto receive set then when the last piece is received all cost applied to the job after that will go to a mfg variance account.
