I assume I must be missing something and there must be a simple way.
When running Financial report (for example my P&L) how do I get it to run for all periods to date.
It seems to only run 1 period at a time so I cannot run 2025 year periods 1-7 as 1 report?
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
What report are you specifically trying to run? I’m not aware of one called P&L, or Profit and Loss Report, etc.
If this is a custom report, you may need to look at the underlying query and parameters to allow for multiple periods.
Sorry, I’m not more familiar with them, but these reports are all built in-house, I believe. Like BAQ reports. So, whoever built this particular report may have more knowledge.
You can search for a fiscal period… can you multi-select in that search?
no only lets you pick 1 at a time.
obviously it can be run for each period then put together. Just looking for an easier way.
I just started poking around with this… there is an “Advanced Financial Reporting” module. Not sure if that would provide the ability to look at multiple periods at once, documentation (as typical) is not overly clear what all is included, etc.
There is master for these reports, where they were designed and maintained. Check if you can do some changes at the source.
