The documentation basically gives the same answer but what truly is the difference between flagging a FAI record as being Provisional vs Resubmit? We haven’t noticed any differences; we were able to continue to process the Operation regardless of each scenario - did a portion for Prov and the remaining portion to resubmit.
Any clarity on this would be much appreciated!
