Hello, we are running into an issue where when we have an order that is broken into multiple releases, for example order 199999 is broken down into 199999-1-1, -1-2, and -1-3 and they ship on the same day the -1-1 release will not be marked ship complete while the others are. This could happen if the releases are on the same invoice, different invoices etc.
Can anyone think of a reason why this might be happening. I have gone thru and confirmed that the amounts that are shipping match the amount ordered both for the individual releases and the order total and also if its a problem with the account doing the shipping (its usually the same account for all of the releases so not much help there)
