Does anyone knows how can I take the first row out this

foreach (var DBOrderHed\_iterator in (from DBOrderHed\_Row in Db.OrderRel  
where  
(int) DBOrderHed\_Row.OrderNum == (int) inOrderNumber  
select DBOrderHed\_Row)  
)
