FOB Destination

The issue with just moving it into a warehouse or bin is that it shows as available to ship to other customers. Also, it still shows up on our reports as needing to be physically shipped to the customer, when it has actually left the dock.

We now have a customer to whom we ship FOB Destination. We can't click the "Shipped" button on the Customer Shipment Entry header sheet when the product leaves our dock, as it will remove the product from inventory and expense it into COS. It is still our inventory until the customer sends us a proof of delivery. Only then should we remove it from inventory and hit cost of sales. However, we need to know that the product has actually left our facility, so that we don't double ship it. Anyone have any ideas on how we could accomplish this?
Any thought to creating a new warehouse (or bin) called INTRANSIT? Move it
to that warehouse/bin and then ship it once you receive the proof of
delivery then ship it.
