After follow the steps

and then Review the Inventory Details and Submit the Sales Order for Picking steps.

I can’t reserve and picking. and it show the following message
0 Order Demand record(s) selected for picking.
1 Order Demand record(s) with picking errors.

Is it related to the part status?

If you look at the record in the fulfilment workbench it should tell you what the picking error is.

This is not a system error, but usually caused by things like there not been enough stock to allocate.
