I would score:

* Vantage Overall = 70/100

* Our implementation = 15/100


And I'm another who's not too critical of Vantage ;-)

It's too easy to blame the software for a bad implementation -
scapegoat-ism. We are re-approaching our implementation from July,
employing Project Management techniques internally. It seems to have done
the trick on our current CRM implementation, which will have a trial run
next week....

For anyone at a company charged with the responsibility of implementing
Vantage, I would recommend spending some time on the following website,
which has a lot of information about leading projects etc.. I have found it
invaluable, and can say I'm a lot happier in my job as well!
