Forcing data collection user out?

Brian,
Watch them attempt. The "record in use" error also tells you what computer
has it in use.
I just tested this with Data Collection.

Is this with the Engineering Workbench (EWB)? This happens to us
through the EWB a
lot and we usually just go into their group, on our own computer, and
open up the part and it works again.

Of course if that is not the case, knowing the computer name helps
tremendously.

This might come in twice.....also you can knock him out if you know
his user id. Go to System Management, Utilities, Connected users.

There you can disconnect him.

I also remember, if you know how they sign onto Vantage (user id), then
under system management, go to utilities, then connected users and knock
him off there.
