We recently added an “ECO” tab customization to our HDCase form (classic forms).
Now when we open our Case Entry the default tab is the “ECO” tab. Any ideas on how to modify that?
Note: i did find a previous thread that looked exactly like mine - however it was from 2017 and no real solution was found.
I have tried the “Save Layouts” however, that is not working. I still get the “ECO” tab as the starting tab.
Any suggestions welcome,
