Frame Relay-off the topic

I don't know how much help this is...
We are currently trying to work the kinks out of a frame relay line to our
Mexico office. It is a 768K Frame Relay. We are using Citrix Metaframe,
Terminal Server, on a W2K server in Ohio. Their PC's think they are on our
local area network. We only have a Snap server there for data storage. Our
Exchange server is in Ohio. We have a Lucent Merlin Legend in Ohio and a
Merlin Magic in Mexico, for a PBX systems. These systems have an E&M card
that goes throught the Cisco router along this the data. We used WorldCom
for the line. It has taken from the signing of papers, in September, till
the first of February, to get this line live on both sides. Getting the
Mexican side, installed and up, was a challange.
Hope this helps a little. Good Luck.

Are there any users in the group that are currently using a frame
relay to connect multi sites? Would like a little insight in the
amount of CIR you would be using and the type of data/voice you are
running over the frame. If you have Exchange server, do you have
Exchange Server at each site or is it a shared server for all
locations? We are currently looking at frame to connect are multiple
locations internationally. Any insight would be greatly
appreciated.

We are using Frame with a 384Kb circuit to connect our facilities. We use
Metaframe and the remote site has a small server for authentication. Our
Exchange server is at one site. We run voice and data using Nortel Passports
4050's (Rock Solid). We use 4 voice channels @ approx. 12Kb / channel. Our
carrier is Sprint (they have no CIR stipulation). In four years the circuit
has been down less than 1 hour (99.997% Uptime) Hope this helps.
