Idea for non security admin to reset passwords. I’d like our helpdesk to do this but security manager gives too much access. It would be better to just control it through menu access and field security.
Testing the data results while getting data within a bpm. I guess you could make a separate baq and check but would be nice while in the bpm to test.

Sorry I’m late the the party this week as I was out of office, but this idea from @timshuwy is great and I’m sure will generate a good number of votes for anyone who uses Parts on the Fly (POTF)

I missed it this week… but going jump back in 
The idea is around the Lots and multiples functionality whereas, you want a pull as assembly environment and not plan as, but when making your lower level components, instead of having “another job” the system would identify that you make them in multiples, use the overrun functionality automatically and populate the “over run to stock” and then put the required quantity in as the pull for the next assembly
this would work well for costing etc. too as you could see where the job material and to stock material landed also.
Be good to hear other thoughts

ECM Talkback function - I’ll vote yes, but for another reason - I’d like to open up the response capability, but more to control the workflows. If I get an approval request, but it was sent in error, I’d like to respond with “Action=ChangeApprover(user@domain.com)”, or “Action=PauseWorkflow(5)” meaning pause this for 5 days so I can do my research with the vendor.
I think I could keep going with examples of numerous items on the Workflow Action menu.

I am late to the game but this idea is long long overdue:
Request Stock Status Report is able to print the report in backdated manner.
Why is this till not fixed? The problem has existed since . . . forever.

Also had an idea for the MRQ (material request queue) where we have a huge site, we need to pick to a trailer, that trailer shunt material across the site, but its not “where it needs to be” so instead of the MRQ needing another request, it just stays active in the queue until its where the system wants it to be
You could also suggest that this could be overwritten, a case also for “i picked the parts and took them to the machine, but the job was still in progress so couldnt put it in the “in bin”, so what i did was put the pick into the holding area, and ill move it later once i know its free” - you dont forget then it needs moving as the system is still saying that the in-bin hasnt been fulfilled so take me there.
