Our Fulfillment Workbench is not displaying the order releases that we know exist.
This morning we had a “cannot ship from unfirm job” error on a purchased part. Found that there was a job with a blank job number (not for this part) and deleted it. Shipped the purchased part. Then ran MRP for the part with the blank job number. That hung up, so we manually killed it.
And then… Fulfillment Workbench stopped working. It does load one order (the most recent for the ship date range selected), but none of the others. I have checked the others. For those parts:
All are ready to fulfill
All are stock
All are quantity-bearing
All have enough stock on hand.
Any ideas as to where I go from here?
Would any of the rebuild processes be appropriate to use?
