Full Physical Process in Kinetic 2023.1.10

As usual the help is incorrect, lol

Trying to do a Full Physical for (1) Warehouse as a test.

  1. Initialized Physical Inventory for the Warehouse.
  2. dead in the water.

Help says you don’t need a Cycle Count Schedule, which makes sense.
Help says you use “Count Cycle Mainteanance” app but no Count Cycle exists for this Full Physical and there is a Checkbox Column for Full Physical in the grid.

How do we get the darn system to create the Count Cycle, which seems like it should show up automatically when “Initialize Physical Inventory” so we can Generate and Print Count Tags.

Any ideas on my missing step?

Attached are the steps we follow. It says E9 but we used the same in Kinetic also. The steps and process are still the same.
