FW: error in Qty Completed

The quantity complete refers the the labor entry not the quantity
received to stock. It is updated when quantites are recorded on the last
operation in the routing. If you look at the job tracker on the Make To
Stock tab you will see the quantity received (assuming you are making
your items to stock.)

We are brand new to Vantage 8.0.3... and in our piloting/testing phase.
When trying to receive the quantity to a job in the Job Receipt to
Inventory for a job we receive the pop up box capture below stating the
Quantity entered, exceeds the quantity completed... The pops up
regardless of whether the actual quantity being entered is less then or
the same as the quantity of the job. Can anyone help us understand
this?

Also, after the quantity is entered, the Qty Completed remains at zero.
Is this suppose to happen?
