yes... I have the published ip, their subnet, my router for the gateway.

Your new provider probably uses it's own DNS servers and if your old
provider turned theirs off or renumbered that would explain your problems.
Happened to me earlier this year. Call your new provider and get their DNS
addresses (2) and plug them into your PC's. Should fix the problem.
Or ... is your router now configured to block web pages ???

I don't know if anyone is using an ISA server. We had a new telecom
provider and a new T-1 installed this weekend. All was fine on
Friday. Saturday I changed the IP's as necessary. Now my ISA cvan
not surf the web. It can ping any sites on the outside by either iP
or name and get a response. You can ping from the outside to my
router. Isa just cant seem to bring up web pages. Error out and
says can't find server or DNS error. Any help would be really
appreciated.
