How do you get the file out to send to the bank? Do you have to ODBC set up
or does it automatically create an ASCII file?

Vendor file maintenance is where the electronic payments are set up. If a
vendor is marked as electronic payment in the checkbox, then no check is
generated for it. Vantage asks for the name of the electronic file that
will be created when there are vendors with electronic payments.
Those invoices are selected as any other invoice is selected. Checks print
first, Vantage has a pop up ? asking if we are ready to print electronic
remittance statements. I insert white paper, answer yes, and all is good.

When you are paying them electronically how does it differ from your
vantage check run? When we run our checks we pick the invoices we
wish to pay - how to mark this vendor as electronic? Am I missing
something?
