Check your joins. It sounds like you haved joined two tables in the wrong direction. Check the data dictionary to see how those two tables should join.

Subject: [Vantage] Report Builder-Comments Issue
We have a report that lists PO's issued to a job that sorts by job number,
then job assembly number, then part number. This report does not join to
the Vendor table. Everything works great on this report. Today we used it
as a start for a version that sorts by job number, then by vendor name.
This report is joined to the Vendor Table. When we print this report, it
lists a ? vendor at the end of the report. After comparing the two reports
we found that all of these lines under the ? vendor have comments attached
to them.
What would cause the report not to recognize the vendor for PO lines with
comments? I'm sure we're overlooking something. Any ideas?
