In our accounting department, we occasionally have to make sales
corrections with a journal entry. These corrections then affect the sales
total, but will not come through using the InvcHead table on a report
builder report. Because of this, many of the report builder sales reports
are close, but never tie exactly to our sales on the financial statements.

I've created a Sales by State report using InvcHead as my master
table and Customer as a related table. The total sales on the report
never equal our actual sales, they are always less. I did month by
month comparisons and found that I was off each month. I tried
downloading the Sales by State report of this site, and it gave me
the same results. Does anyone know what I'm missing?
