You could handle this with left/right outer joins; or w/ "exists" logic/code.Â

In some cases, there will be no record in the PartRev table to retrieve the drawing number from. In this case, are blanks still passed down to Crystal? I want to be sure nothing prints if the PartRev record does not exist.

Just something I am not sure of since I am new to Crystal - I added a table to the PO form so I can print a drawing number on the PO. I also conditioned the field in Crystal not to print if blank. In some cases, there will be no record in the PartRev table to retrieve the drawing number from. In this case, are blanks still passed down to Crystal? I want to be sure nothing prints if the PartRev record does not exist.
