Generate Shop Capacity Process

I have ours set to run during the night M-F after MRP runs. That works alright for us.

How often do you run this process?  We recently upgraded to 9.05.702a and I want to utilize every feature that I can.  I researched and ended up confused.  Epicor help says to run it "regularly".  I found one post where someone said they ran it every 10 minutes.  I don't want information overload, but I need a starting point beyond "regularly".

You really run this after you change anything that can affect your capacity...a change in any of your calendars, adding or subtracting resources or resource groups, etc.
