Or, if you can export the BAQ you can then use Bartender to link to Excel and take it from there - if you can customize what is needed further in Bartender.

I've had best luck using 22 or 24 point font, have enough white space around barcodes...Best if label prints landscape. It is easy to design them in Crystal, but some that we did without these guidelines would not scan after they printed...
