I have some code that extracts the kineticUserID from the Get parameters snap block. It then refers to a table to get permissions and shows or hides certain pages.
This works flawlessly in Pilot, but for some reason in LIVE, the same snap blocks produces no results. Is there some setting in either CPQ or Epicor in the LIVE environment that is stopping this inquiry?
Assuming the configurators are identical, I would try the preview sites (https://cpqhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/25665058876813-Preview-Site-for-Upcoming-Releases) or an EpicCare ticket.
I have had a similar instance in the past, but found that it resolved itself after clearing cache.

Do you have access to the global training environment?
If you don’t, you can submit an EpicCare ticket to get access.
Once you have that, you can import a copy of the configurator and test. (delete it after)

Ok, so I figured out the issue. As part of the LOADED rules, there is a Safe Function that accesses the Quote Table to find a field. As part of the authentication, I had to create an API-Key. Well, once I deployed from Pilot to LIVE, that API-Key was no good. A few IF blocks and environment checks in the Safe Function and I’m back in business. I guess when it failed, it quite running the rest of the LOADED rule because once I fixed that, its good again.
