OK If your problem is related to Excel lookups (intermittent long
processing time for get details) we think we may have a solution. In
Excel you can go to Tools/Share Workbook. Tick the box marked 'Allow
changes....'. This prevents excel trying to open as read-only. Problem
hasn't reoccurred today since we did this, despite our best efforts in
the PILOT db!

This has happened to us intermittently when using get details for
configured items. In our case epicor have pinpointed it on our
excellookup call, a 10 second get details suddenly takes 3 mins instead.
It is still open with epicor at the moment but we think it relates to
excel trying open as read-only.

In the Job Entry, for each job when I go to Actions -- Job --
GetDetails, this actions is very very long. But I don't know why ?
Just today is long, usually is not to long.
