GL Account being set to inactive

I have this weird issue where all of our GL accounts are being set to inactive. I return them to active, and a few moments later, according to the change log literally seconds later, they are inactive again. Interestingly, I am the one doing it. All data directive bpm that would affect the active checkbox on GLAccount are only for change log. None of the method directives even reference those tables.

Obviously, it is some kind of routine, but I can not find anything and I have made zero changes in the last 3 years. The only change was we updated our web certificate as we have a private cloud for the time being.

Enable trace log before un-inactivating the gl account. Then see what calls happen.
