# GL Journal Group not being removed. However it is correctly posted. It is not in the review journal - it is all good. Before realising what was happening he posted the journal again - the system posted 3 of the 4 lines with duplicate numbers and threw the ledger out of balance! We reinstalled Epicor on his PC to no avail. Doing the same thing on a different Epicor login on his PC is OK, but when using his own login the problem returns. These are manual GJ entries that require no posting rules (I think) and the issue is only with this one user. We have multiple books but use only one. This has been the case for some years.
