Global alert attachment

You will need to configure the Alert Attachment template. The settings should match you default.mfgsys configuration.

Executive Analysis > Business Activity Management > Setup > Alert Attachments

Hi everyone,

I'm having difficulty opening the alert attachment. It takes me to a login of Vantage and then errors out saying it 'cannot connect to appserver'. I do get the message and the attachment however I can't get any further. I believe it should take you to the record that was changed. I know I'm missing something. any tips you can give me. Thanks.
