Hi,

Is there a trick I'm missing to use global BAQ's.

I create a BAQ in the first company, test it and mark it as global.

I change company and open the BAQ.

Click Analyse or Test and get errors such as 'more than one root table'
or 'These fields do not exist in database labordtl.empid'

I can't get the simplest BAQ to copy across and still work. Little bit
frustrating.

E9.05.605 (didn't work in 602 either)

Thanks

Chris

Chris

If you manually export and reimport does it work?

Hi Gary,

It does but the import changes the prefix of the BAQ ID and they no
longer work in the dashboards in which they are used.

Thanks

Chris

Hi Jose,

Not sure how you make a BAQ company independent. I've seen the option on
BPM but not BAQ.

On 9.05. I have options for shared, global, cross-company and
updateable.
Cross-company is the only one I thought likely but I believe that is for
running BAQ's from one company and including records from the other.

Thanks
