I’m still in classic view and in Kinetic 2023.1.10 version.
I’m working in multi company environment, therefore I have setting in Tools/Options/Global Options/Status Bar to identify which company I’m in.
However, whenever I clear cache by remove folders in ProgramData/Epicor, the settings are default back, is there a way to keep the setting?
The question is a little misleading. That’s not how you clear the cache.
Clearing those folders is something that should be done rarely when there is a problem.
I often has the wheel spinning right after login and not able to start work, which happened quite often, I would say maybe once per 2 weeks. I was told to clear cache when I have this issue.
Support constantly tell us to do this so . . . yes it is lol.
I wish the global options could be preserved for all users across all companies. The settings are effectively useless because its so much work to individually set and save them in so many different places all the time.
