Going Live Need to Upload Customer and Supplier data from Access

Muhammed,
IF you have the CRM module, you can import customer data from a csv file. CRM being an optional module. I can't speak to supplier.

We had a similar volume when we converted. I used a script against some stripped down Vista/Vantage forms. The script worked like keying the data in. It was not perfect, but it sure beats typing them in by hand. Epicor can do the load for a fee. As long as you are willing to pay, that can be a good way to go. I think Service Connect will work, too, and perhaps Epicor can help with that. Judging by what I hear on this forum, the learning curve for Service Connect is steep, so I doubt you want to spend much time with that when you are so busy with all the other conversion issues.

Don't hold me to it, but I seem to remember the fee that vantage charges is
somewhere in the $1500 range for each table (customer, vendor, ect)
