Greatest thing since sliced bread!

Use it to your advantage. Now you can actually record and track what everyone wants/needs. You can then use all that IT Resources Demand as an argument for additional help, etc.... "Look here, we had 1,185 tickets this month and our team was only able to address 356, I need more help!" ... or something like that.
The community really has a lot of additional plugin's reports, etc that can really help you get the job done faster or report on the troubles.

Same here. I started using Spiceworks after seeing the post. My only complaint
is the help desk. Once I pointed that out to our Associates, the service ticket
requests have been coming in non-stop.
