Grid List - Setting Focus on a particular Row

ultraGrid1.Selected.Rows.Clear();
ultraGrid1.Selected.Rows.Add(ultraGrid1.Rows[0])

That would select the first Row. Ofcourse you'l have to find the right row.

Does anyone know how to set the focus on a particular row of a grid view through customizations?

I'm adding a customization to the MES menu screen, and want a user to scan in a job number and find that job in the open activities and move the cursor to that line. That way, they can scan a job and press End Activity or Report Quantity without having to hunt for the correct open job.
