The self serve buttons will be enabled once the ongoing action is completed. The instance is currently running another Upgrade action that is in Started status which was started at 01/19/2026 11:57:13 PM CST

Did they just disable it because they have other upgrades going on for Pilot?
I’m Flex 2, I don’t have any upgrades at this time.
@klincecum Just got the all-clear email for the non-prod maintenance so you should be able to proceed. I just logged into our new 2025.2 Pilot environment without incident…
We are flex 2 as well, and last night I was getting exceptions just logging in and moving around the ui on all of my non-prods. Started right after the email went out about the upgrade that applied to Flex #1 customers (not us)
I would consider the situation that their toolset is misconfigured to affect our environments when it shouldn’t be. Probably something they “have” to do because of their not 1:1 backend structure, something “adjacent” to us was being touched like a shared SSRS server or shared SQL server etc.
