Got it. Pity the window that opens on the handheld is not sized for the handheld. Oh well, live with what you've got...

Default printer on your terminal services server is where handheld stuff prints to. Your default printer is still the XPS printer under the user your handhelds log into.

When I print a PackOut label from the handheld screen on a PC I get the normal popup window asking me to select a printer. On the handheld device it automatically attempts to print to Microsoft XPS Document Writer and of course prints nothing.

The logged in user on the device has a workstation defined and the workstation has a label and report printer defined.

Can anyone help me regarding how to tell the device where to print?
