I have a user that needs to close a case, however the tasks on the case seem to have gotten out of sync with the selected task set (not sure how). None of the tasks on the case have the ability to complete the workflow so now the case is stuck open. I have tried changing the task set and hoping that would refresh the tasks, but that didn't help.
Does anyone know of a way to "hard close" a case outside of case entry?
