Has anyone (Kinetic SaaS) had to have their environment restored from backups?

Just looking for info on what would happen on the Epicor server farm that would require restoring from a backup? How smooth was the restoration?

All i did was put in a ticket and support took care of it in less than 2 hours

Do you mind me asking what happened that caused you to need the restore?

Someone restored live into our pilot environment and I had stuff in there I was working on, so I asked support to restore the pilot backup from the previous day back to pilot.

I can see that happening! Thanks!
