Accounting just brought me a problem that I cannot figure out. They need this fixed ASAP in order to finish month end processing.

The GL Report is showing blanks for credits and ending balance on the CASH Operating account. When the detail report for the account is run, credits are shown.

What do I need to do to get the G/L Report fixed?

I previously posted this but have not had any response. I've tried to contact Epicor but our support agreement expired a couple of years ago so they would not help.

Any help will be appreciated.

We had to go to Epicor for a one off fix a couple times. Not sure what
causes this but they had a fix pretty quick. (like it happens
frequently)
