Has anyone tried to customize inventory FIFO(first in first out) without batch number in Fulfillment workbench ?

Hi Davie,

We recently implemented the job fulfillment workbench in our business and we use FIFO. After checking the transaction history, it looks like FIFO is not actually working as expected. We do not use batch numbers. Are you suggesting from this post that FIFO in fulfillment workbench only works when batch numbers are used?

As far as I know, the Bach Number function must be enabled to use FIFO-related functions.

We use Lots and PCIDs (one part/lot per PCID). Fulfillment workbench allows us to allocate by Lot number. Not sure what you have tried so far, but that works for us.
