Help adding NonConformance table to Corrective Action Form using

Depending on the purpose of adding the Nonconformance 'table' and what version you are on, I would recommend instead of using a FKV, to create a BAQ of the Nonconformance data you need to view, create a dashboard from that and then add the dashboard to the Corrective Actions program via a customization and the dashboards Publish/Subscribe functionality with the NonConfNum field. If you need to update the nonconformance table then make the BAQ & Dashboard updatable. it's really not that hard once you do it once. If you need help, let me know and I can provide examples.
