Just throwing this one out there with regards to Help File annotations. Does anyone know where they live and can be moved from one environment to another?

Use Help Annotations Maintenance in System Setup/System Maintenance… Using a copy paste from the list should suffice in moving annotations.
Unfortunately it does not appear you can use Annotation maintenance to add new annotations, just add. Copy paste also does appear to be out also, which is a shame.
