Our IT person (Blake) is out hunting today & I am filling in. I know
just enough to get us through the day or maybe just to be a little
dangerous. Actually, Blake has taught me the basics of our system and
has been paitent over the last two years while I learn simple skills to
use when he is away. He is usually available by phone. But
unfortunately that is not the case today.

I have a question that I hope someone can provide some help. Over the
past few weeks Blake has been monitoring the appserver to determine why
our performance is not always what it should be. While doing this, he
will stop/start the appservers, sometimes the database to increase
performance. I do know how to do this but am having trouble opening the
"Progress Explorer Tool". Specifically having trouble getting it to
connect. See the print screens below. Does anyone have any advice?
I'm thinking this is probably something quite simple that I'm missing
but.....
