<div id="ygrps-yiv-914585479">When we upgraded to 4.0 I had a similar problem. I had to replace two <br/>
files: CTL3D.DLL and MVIEWER2.EXE. After I did that Help worked fine. <br/>
I still have copies of the files if you want them.<br/>
