Did you change your ports in the system agent?

Help my consultant gone away with no contact

Problem

Copy database from live to test now printing of report,s is not
working have check localhost number and folder direction can anybody
help?

System Monitor just says Schuduled task Immediate Run Request

Make sure your file and server paths are still correct in system agent

then try re-starting the app/task servers for those databases

Have you restarted the task and process appservers after changing the
system agent

Yes have restarted the appserver but now it is still not working
and my connection ID missing
I know the connection ID made up of IP,The db,port no,but haven,t a
clue what the other number,s are for or more to the point where to
find then.

I never change ports, I only:

When copying the operation to Pilot:

-Start Vantage with the newly copied database "Pilot"
-Open System Agent in menu System Management - Utilities.
-In Task AppServer - AppServer Name: change MfgSys803TaskAgent" into
"MfgPilot803TaskAgent
-In System AppServer - AppServer Name: change "MfgSys803" by "MfgPilot803"

When copying the operational database to Training

Start Vantage with the newly copied database "Training"
Open System Agent in menu System Management - Utilities.
In Task AppServer - AppServer Name: change MfgSys803TaskAgent" into
"MfgTrain803TaskAgent
In System AppServer - AppServer Name: change "MfgSys803" by "MfgTrain803"


Of course your situation can be different, but these are the steps I
personally perform
