Holiday Pay

We just use the standard 8 hours. Not much help to you, but if you had a
program that calculated the pay, maybe you could set the holiday hours at
the most common number (7.2 or whatever) and change all the rest...?

HI,
How do you all calculate holiday pay in Payroll.
Because according to template you have to set no of hours of all the
holdays which is 8 hrs.

But actually formula for holiday hrs for hourly employees is

No.of hours they worked in last 4 weeks/20
Let say working hrs are 8 hrs a day and employee worked 18 days which
is 144 hrs then his holiday hours will be 144/20 = 7.2 hrs but
vantage does not calculate the holiday pay that way just use std hrs
entered in holiday.
