# Hot Key Issue

SO I turned on the Client and Server Printing option and now the Hot Keys for printing only bring sup the server printer. Unfortunately, the server printer doesn’t have an specified printer to print too for a specific area. So, shipping hits their hot keys and it shows up to print to Accounting. IS there a way to have the hotkeys always select client printer, or for the Serer Printing to always select the Shipping Printer?

Where is this at? In Customer Shipment Entry–\>Tools–\>Options that is not there.

So you’d need to setup two hot keys. One on the Cust Shipment form (just to launch the Print window), and the second in the “Print Packing Slip/Labels - …” form, to act like selecting the Print Icon dropdown.

The second gets you:
