Hot Keys in Kinetic

Does anyone know if we can still create hot keys (shortcuts) for users? If yes, where is it. I can’t seem to find it in Kinetic. We are on 2022.2.32.

CTRL - ALT - H brings up the Keyboard shortcuts in kinetic
